Clarksville’s Top 10 Must-See Spots

If we had to pick one of our favorite things about being located in the heart of downtown Clarksville, we would have to choose how close we are to other local businesses! After filling up on coffee and all things coworking, treat yourself to the Downtown Clarksville experience! Read on for our top 10 must-see spots.

Arapaap

New to downtown and the 2022 Main Street Winner for Best Asian Restaurant in town, Arapaap is an Okazuya-style eatery. From their musubis to firecracker chicken, everything they make is delicious! Check out Instagram for their hours and daily specials! While you're there, grab a boba tea at Tita Boba! They have a wide variety of teas, seasonal drinks, and sweets.

Sanctuary on Main

If you're looking for all things wellness, you've found the right place! Sanctuary on Main offers peaceful yoga classes, massages, life coaches, reflexology, mental health counseling, and more! They've got an awesome shop featuring goodies from local vendors. Hungry? Sanctuary's café has plenty of delicious options! View their class schedule and café menu here.

The Mailroom

A new staple to downtown Clarksville, The Mailroom, located in the old Federal Building, is sure to be a hit for everyone! You've got to try their Savory Monkey Bread and Southern Cal Classic Burger (our personal favorites). Don't forget dessert! Any day can be a celebration when you order their delectable Make Today Your Birthday Cake. They're also the perfect brunch spot! Something unique to The Mailroom experience is the postcards you get with your bill. Each postcard shows a dated, popular destination in Clarksville. Check out their delicious eats!

Some other popular and delicious restaurants to try are Blackhorse Pub & Brewery, Hot Pita, Strawberry Alley Ale Works, Yada, and more!

Founding Frothers

Known for their delectable creations, Founding Frothers will never disappoint! Not in the mood for coffee? Don't worry - they've got over 27,000 other options for you! City Market

City Market is the perfect one-stop shop to check out a ton of local business offerings! Located across the street from Wedding Belles and Mickey's, it's the place to stop on your downtown stroll. AndVinyl is the grooviest record shop in Clarksville! They have a wide array of vinyl, CDs, and cassettes, so you are sure to find something you love! ArtLink

Get those creative juices flowing! ArtLink has everything you need to get crafty. They offer incredible workshops on claymation, photography, painting, and more! Downtown Commons

Located right in the heart of Downtown Clarksville, the Commons is a beautiful gathering space for our community. Not only can you check out the city's gorgeous sights, but you can also attend their fantastic events! They host tons of events all year long, including their Downtown at Sundown concert series, yoga classes, movie nights, and ice skating during the holidays (which we love!). The Commons truly has something for everyone!

Customs House Museum & Cultural Center

The Customs House, part of which is located in the 1898 Federal Post Office, is an excellent spot to learn! The center has various informative exhibits, fun interactive areas, and event spaces. The Customs House has something for people of all ages! Just across the street from The Press, you can't miss it!

The Roxy

Since 1947, The Roxy has been providing Clarksvillians with all things entertainment! Located on the corner of Franklin and 1st St., The Roxy features a professional live theatre company that regularly performs classics such as Shakespeare, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, holiday performances, and more.
